Strategic Vision for a Shifting Landscape

Executives & Managers Training
Thursday, May 29th from 12:30 PM – 2 PM
The world is constantly changing. As organizations, we work in an uncertain and volatile environment. We are seeing shifts in community needs, funding priorities, and employee engagement, among other changes. Our strategic plans help to a certain extent, but we still need the ability to think on the fly and make good strategic decisions in response to situations we didn’t anticipate when we made our plans.
This workshop will help you understand the five elements of strategic thinking to elevate your decision-making confidence. You will also learn about strategy filters, which are tools that help us empower the entire team to make good strategic decisions, and we’ll explore three frameworks for evaluating new opportunities.
