Help Shape FRP-BC’s Next Strategic Plan

Register now for our Member Call on February 5th, 12:00 – 1:00 PM and help shape FRP-BC’s new Strategic Plan.

Our current Strategic Plan has come to a close and with your support, we have accomplished some of our most impactful work to date! It is now time to reset our Strategic Plan so as to best support the sector for years ahead. As we engage in this work, we know our ideas are always made stronger by the brilliance of our collective.

Release-time honorariums of $40 are available to support staff attendance with a limit of one per agency.  

In this session, we’ll share more about the strategic planning process and begin discussions around 2 themes:

• What’s going well, in terms of FRP-BC building capacity within FRPs and our sector more broadly?
• What opportunities exist for FRP-BC to better support capacity for our members and shared sector?

To support us in this work, we’ve engaged with Dan Walker from Collective Imagination to help facilitate these conversations.
