Gathering Momentum Together: Next FWAN Meeting

Register now for our next FWAN meeting on Thursday, January 15, 12–1 pm.

We’ll reflect on our MLA engagement progress, invite members to share what’s resonating in their communities and identify emerging priorities to shape FWAN as we look ahead to 2026.

Thank you to the 33 people who completed our recent MLA engagement survey. We’re already seeing encouraging momentum, with several MLA meetings completed or underway. In our recent meetings in Victoria, Minister Wickens acknowledged the importance of the MLA Campaign, noting that this proactive, community-level engagement helps ensure FRPs remain visible and supported across B.C.  (You can catch the full updates on the campaign and meetings in our latest newsletter here).

If you’ve reached out to your MLA and haven’t heard back, now is a great time to follow up—busy inboxes are common, and a second email or quick call to the constituency office often helps.
If you haven’t reached out yet, there’s still plenty of time to join this work and begin building those connections.

We hope to see you on January 15!
