Dads Speak Up Campaign

Spearheaded by Healthy Together, researchers at UBC, and Dad Central Canada.

The aim of Dads Speak Up is to increase awareness and celebrate the unique and important role dads play in their children’s lives. Dads’ perspectives gathered throughout the campaign will be used to guide the development of a dad-friendly family health program.

How does the campaign work?

Dads are invited to answer the question: “What is most important about being a dad?” Dads who submit a response will be entered in a draw to win a $50 gift card.

There are 4 ways to help spread the word about this campaign to dads:

1) FACEBOOK/ INSTAGRAM
Between June 15-22^nd, visit the Healthy Together Facebook or Instagram and share the campaign-related posts on your feed to help us spread the word.

OR create your post by downloading and using the resource package here (a Zipped file). Make sure to tag #DadsSpeakUp.

2) TWITTER
Visit Men Health UBC’s Twitter and share to invite dads to leave a comment or video on Twitter using the tag #DadsSpeakUp.

3) Invite Dads to CALL 1-250-807-9191 to leave a voice message

4) Invite Dads to EMAIL comments to dadsspeakup@gmail.com
