    Description

    FRP conducts regular, on-going supervision of staff and volunteers and holds timely team meetings.

    Benchmark Quality Indicators

    • FRP schedules regular team meetings to reflect and provide feedback on work with participants.
    • FRP supervisors (if relevant) provide one-to-one supportive supervision following guidelines set up by the organization.  Notes are kept confidential.

    Innovation and Promising Practices

    • Meeting agendas may include the standing agenda item of a sharing session including “what worked and what challenged me this month”.
