    Benchmark Quality Indicators

    • FRP or host agency has at minimum an annual operating budget as its main financial plan.

    Innovation and Promising Practices

    • The annual budget is aligned with the strategic plan.
    • FRP or host agency has a longer range, 3 – 5 year financial plan, which includes provision for achieving sustainable and diverse funding.
