Benchmark Quality Indicators

  • FRP or host agency governance policies exist and meet all the legal requirements, including some or all:
    • Bylaws
    • Constitution
    • Conflict of interest
    • Board member code of conduct
    • Financial policies
    • HR policies
    • Board nominations and/or election process

Innovation and Promising Practices

  • FRP or host agency board has clear policies on how to write and review policies.
  • FRP or host agency board periodically reviews (ideally annually) the Bylaws, Constitution, Financial, and HR Policies to assure relevance and updates according to legislation.
